Return, Exchange, and Warranty
You can conveniently initiate a return for your order within 30 days through our webshop. The process is straightforward if the value of the returned goods meets a certain threshold.
To start, log into your account and navigate to your order overview. Select the order you wish to return and choose the specific items along with the reason for the return. Once confirmed, a prepaid shipping label and a return form will be automatically generated for you to print.
Please place the completed return form inside the package and affix the shipping label to the securely packed parcel. You can then drop it off with the designated carrier.
For returns on orders older than 30 days or for items not purchased directly from us, please reply to your order confirmation or contact our customer service team for assistance.
Once we receive your return, our warehouse team will check the contents and the reason provided. Depending on your request, we will then process a refund, prepare an exchange, or send the item for repair. You can track the delivery status of your return through your shipment tracking number.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. The timeframe for receiving the refund after we issue the credit is typically a standard processing period. Please ensure we have your correct bank details (IBAN and BIC) for refunds on certain payment methods.
For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team. To register your product for its warranty or to request replacement parts, please provide the product name or item number via our service portal at edgeworkssupply.com.
